Bion – looking forward to the Perforating challenges of 2015

After what seems like a very long shut down period for Christmas, employees at Bion re-commenced fresh faced and  up for the challenges of Making it in Britain during 2015

Enquiries are buoyant for the time of year specifically within the bespoke fabricated metal industry where perforated metal for projects is green as well as cost effective and decorative.  Bion experience of projects such as Price Waterhouse Building TWA means we are getting plenty of enquiries for this type of work.

Our expertise in perforating stainless steel metal and getting a flat product is also key in a lot of project work.

There has been an increase in 3mm stainless steel perforated metal required for filter applications of which we have many years’ experience.

Also on the up  is our market share of business within the food industry, again with specialist tooling and requiring specialised stainless steel material.

We  welcome to the sales team two 2 new members, Graham Gibbs joins us with a background in the mining industry as Cost Estimating Engineer and Hazel Eastlake joins us in sales and marketing support with a degree in Marketing and 18 years’ experience within bespoke manufacturing (packaging).
