Bion have been producing microwave door blanks in the UK since the early 1990s Our ability to produce this type of product, in high volume means we can provide a low cost product; precision levelled and automated stacking means we can supply a flat blank on a dedicated pallet which suits our customers own manufacturing abilities.

Some customers have requested a "burr up" blank due to their internal processes, which is an option we have provided.

However at Bion, our superior tooling and technical capabilities mean we can offer product where the need to differentiate from the burr side is non existent, thus enabling further costs to be taken out of the system.
