Can I get a drawing of what my product will look like?

Bion & Co supply Bion specs showing the perf configuration, direction of feed, borders, tolerances and all other technical information where a customer drawing is not supplied. we then manufacture against this specification.

Can I get the exact pattern I am looking for?

Bion & Co have a comprehensive range of patterns and tool combinations and can provide design and engineering services to help you achieve your objectives.

What is the smallest hole you can punch?

We can perforate 1.00mm holes from standard tooling but have produced down to 0.5mm from customer specific tooling.

What is the highest open area you can provide?

We can provide up to 79% open area.

What is the lightest gauge you can perforate?

We can perforate down to 0.4mm.

Can you provide me material in coil form as well as sheet?

Yes we can manufacture either and have excellent recoiling and levelling facilities which means that should you so desire you can have your coil levelled prior to recoiling. We also have in house degreasing line which means we excel in a flat dry product.

Can you do sheets with borders front and back?

Yes our CNC programming allows for us to supply flat blanks with 4 borders with dimensions to suit you and unperforated areas within the sheet.

What other services do you offer?

As well as perforating both metal and plastic, we can offer fabricating and forming and finishing (either anodising or powder coating). On top of this we have in house tooling capabilities and can offer tooling services and punch design.
