Case study

The ceiling tiles for the BBC Mailbox project in Birmingham, differed from the high volume manufacturing Bion are experienced in, and required a close working relationship with our customer. The project consisted of 6 different areas requiring different size tiles, in very small batch sizes, all of which needed to be supplied within a tight timescale.

The flexibility of our manufacturing facility allowed us to meet the deadlines and Bion supplied a total of 1268 tiles in 363 differing tile styles. The variations in tile came from changes in border dimensions, and overall length and width of the tiles. The project has been a huge success and highlights Bions ability to accommodate various size projects with varying needs.
