Tooling
In our business tooling is everything. The perforation process starts with the design and machining of precision tooling to exacting tolerances.

We believe that the quality of the perforating tools is a critical factor in the quality of the product. We have therefore invested significantly in this area in recent years, and have also worked hard to develop our tool-making techniques. If we do not have the exact pattern you require, our in-house tool making capability enables us to tool up for your requirements with minimum delay.

Having honed our skills on our own perforating tools, we now offer to our customers the production of high quality punching tools – at very competitive prices. Please contact us to discuss any requirements you may have for precision tools featuring a significant number of punches. Tools can be produced down to a hole size of 0.8mm and in widths up to 1600mm.

Perforating
We can perforate a multitude of materials, including both metals and plastics, up to 3mm thick and up to1600mm wide in sheet or coil.

Fabricating
We can provide additional fabrication upon finishing, including part-holes, notching, and forming, giving you a complete perforated solution via a one-stop shop.

Difficult projects are one of our areas of expertise, and we work with AutoCAD (dwg and dxf files) or PDF files via e-mail, to make the flow of information easier, and to share design concepts. We work with you as your partner, whether you simply need us to supply perforated stock or to stock product as an integral part of your production flow.

A wide range of up-to-date manufacturing plant means we that can meet the exacting quality standards required within the industry.

Recoiling Facilities
Our recoiling facility means that we can recoil wide coils, and precision-level prior to recoiling.

Levelling Facilities
One of the most important considerations in manufacturing perforated components is removing the natural curl resulting from the perforating process. Our state-of-the-art CNC levelling system ensures the flattest product possible.

This is a critical requirement for many of our customers. We also have the facility to level coil-to-coil.

Degreasing
Our own in-house washing facility means that we can complement our services by supplying an oil-free product when required.

Finishing
We supply a wide range of interior and exterior finishes, such as anodizing, plating, painting, powder coating and more. We can custom-match your requirements, and we can draw on our breadth of experience to offer suggestions and solutions for every project.

Fabricating
We can provide additional fabricating, including radiusing, forming, mounting holes, notching and more, to give you a completed component.
